I cannot rave enough about this product. I have been in a cycle of depression for quite some time now. I'm an artist and I've been so down that I have not even gone into my studio to work (which to me, was devastating). I had tried therapy and medications prescribed by doctors, but I'm always hesitant to put those things into my body, and in this case what I was prescribed did not sit well with my body. I felt defeated, I felt all the emotions. I was just trying to figure out a way to jump start my mind and body and align it with my souls desires. Diet and exercise helped, but there was still more that was missing. I reached out to Christy and decided to give her product a try. I literally noticed a difference on the first day! I was much more excited for life, my creativity came back and I thought to myself, no way is it these supplements or that i could feel them working for me that quickly. So I tested it for a month before writing this review. I only take one per day, right when I wake up. I'm excited about life again, I want to actually do things like my artwork again, I'm motivated and inspired daily! I actually do the things I want to do - when before, I was unable to bring myself to do anything. Christy is passionate in making her product and provides insight if you need it. Fast response and delivery as well. I can't tell you how grateful I am for these little supplements!​ - Calia
